Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all treatments and services provided by Naturally You Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Medical Disclosure and Consent

All patients must complete a medical consultation form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and any underlying conditions.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in unsuitable treatment and the Clinic cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete disclosure.

3. Suitability for Treatment

All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical professional assessment. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the patients best interest.

4. Appointments and Deposits

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking which is redeemable against your treatment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (48-Hour Notice)

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in the full deposit being forfeited and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, results cannot be guaranteed and vary between individuals.
No refunds will be given for completed treatments.
In the unlikely event of a complication, appropriate aftercare and follow-up will be provided.

7. Treatment Results and Expectations

While every effort is made to achieve optimal results, outcomes may vary. Multiple sessions may be required depending on the treatment and individual response.

8. Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided by the Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. The Clinic is not responsible for adverse results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Liability

The Clinic and its practitioner will not be held liable for any complications arising from:

Failure to disclose medical information
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Third-party treatments or products used without consultation

10. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older.

11. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
The Clinic reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

12. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact the Clinic as soon as possible so we can address your concerns promptly.

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal and medical information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Amendments

The Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to bookings.
